The Wiseco Garage Buddy Kit is a comprehensive engine rebuild package that includes all the necessary components for both bottom and top-end rebuilds. This all-in-one kit features everything from the crank to the piston kit, and even an hour meter to track maintenance, all conveniently packaged in a single box.
Engine rebuilds are an essential aspect of proper maintenance, and for many, it is due to engine failure. Regardless of the cause, the first step is to disassemble and inspect the engine. Once the damage to the engine cases or cylinder has been assessed and repaired, the next step is to decide which internal engine components to purchase, where to buy them, and how much they will cost.
A complete engine rebuild is a significant undertaking and requires the replacement of many parts, particularly in four-stroke engines. Components such as bottom-end bearings and seals, a crankshaft assembly, pistons, rings, clips, wrist pin, and various gaskets are all essential for reassembly.
For years, Wiseco has been offering top-end kits that include pistons, rings, clips, gaskets, and seals, all under one part number. Similarly, complete bottom-end rebuild kits are also available from Wiseco, including all the necessary parts under a single part number. Combining these kits and including additional extras like an hour meter creates the Wiseco Garage Buddy Kit - the perfect buddy you want to have in your garage for a hassle-free, complete engine rebuild.
The kits include:
- Crankshaft assembly
- OEM quality main bearings
- All engine gaskets, seals, and O-rings
- Wiseco standard series forged piston kit (piston, ring(s), pin, clips)
- Small end bearing (for two strokes)
- Cam chain (for four strokes)
- Hour meter with mounting bracket and hour meter decal

EJEMPLOS
Cilindro nuevo Ø 80.00 mm. monta pistón Ø 79,97 A Tolerancia fábrica 0.03 mm.
Cilindro pulido Ø 80,01 mm. monta pistón Ø 79,98 B Tolerancia fábrica 0,03 mm.
Cilindro pulido Ø 80,02 mm. monta pistón Ø 79,99 C Tolerancia fábrica 0,03 mm.
Cilindro pulido Ø 80,03 mm. monta pistón Ø 80,00 D Tolerancia fábrica 0,03 mm.
